Rx Property Australia operates as a licensed real estate agency under the Property and Stock Agents Act 2002 (NSW), the Estate Agents Act 1980 (Vic), and equivalent legislation in the ACT and Queensland. We take our disclosure obligations under those Acts seriously.
For that reason, we don't publish standard referral or affiliate fee rates. Every introduction is different, and the appropriate commercial arrangement is confirmed in writing on a per-introduction basis, before either party takes any action, and disclosed to the introduced party where required. This protects you, the introduced party, and Rx Property Australia.
